Each of our custom doors can be built from a variety of tropical wood species. We typically use the four engineering methods below but we will build to your specifications.
Send us a CAD file, hand drawn design, photo or web link to a door and we'll work with you to design your door.
Our wood is First Grade quality and kiln dried between 6% - 7% moisture.
We use polyurethane glue for the 5/8” dowels and panels. Your door components can be glued using any combination of D4, EPI and polyurethane glue.
